Order Processing & Shipping Information

🕒 Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and production before your order ships.
🚚 Shipping Times
United States:
Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx, with estimated delivery in 15–20 business days.
International:
Estimated delivery is 15–30 business days, depending on your location and the nearest fulfillment center.
⏳ Please note: Shipping delays can occur due to weather, customs, seasonal demand, or global disruptions. We appreciate your patience.
🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
❌ Cancellations & Address Changes

To cancel your order, email us within 24 hours of placing it at Valtex@gmail.com with the subject line: "CANCEL MY ORDER".

Need to update your shipping address? Please notify us within 24 hours—changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.
🚪 Delivery Attempts
Most carriers will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us.
💥 Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, email Valtexshop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.
